1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this site at ikierspatial.com/nus2026, operated by Stardust & Company [TBC: registered company name, number and address] (“we”), for the NUS Alumni Network Shenzhen anniversary gala. The crystal is produced by Ikier [TBC: Ikier registered company name]. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can take part
You must be 18 or over and a guest of the gala [TBC: open to all registered guests, or by invitation only?]. The details you give must be true and your own.
3. Your account
Your email address is your login. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
4. The free engraving
- One crystal per person, free of charge, from one submitted photo.
- You may change your submission until 17 October 2026, 23:59 China time (UTC+8). From 18 October 2026, 00:00 submissions are locked and can only be viewed.
- Crystals are collected at the gala on 24 October 2026 at Artron Art Centre, Shenzhen. Bring the email address you registered with [TBC: and photo ID?]. Crystals not collected [TBC: e.g. held for 30 days, then disposed of].
- The on-screen preview is an illustration. The engraved crystal will differ in detail, size and depth.
- Engravings are limited to the number of guests registered for the gala [TBC: maximum number]; if demand exceeds it, earlier submissions take priority.
5. Your photo
You keep all rights in your photo. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including from every person pictured, and that it does not break any law or anyone’s rights.
You give Stardust and Ikier a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and engrave the photo, solely to provide your crystal and this service. We will not use your photo for advertising without asking you first.
We may decline to engrave, without giving reasons, any image that is unlawful, offensive, infringes someone’s rights, shows a person without apparent consent, carries third-party logos or trademarks, or is technically unsuitable. We will tell you so you can choose another photo before the deadline where possible.
6. Using the site
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to access other people’s data, to disrupt the service, to upload malware, or to create accounts automatically. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Our content
The Ikier and Stardust names, logos and the design of this site belong to their owners. These terms do not give you any right to use them.
8. Liability
The site and the engraving are provided free of charge, as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; significant changes will be emailed to you. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. This service ends after the gala; we will let you know before it closes.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your home country gives you.
